Delivery Information

At FlowerShopCaloocanCity, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and with the utmost care. Below are the delivery guidelines for Metro Manila and provincial areas.

Metro Manila Delivery

Same-Day Delivery:

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Philippine Time) are eligible for same-day delivery.
  • Orders received after 1:00 PM will be delivered the following day unless a specific delivery date is requested.
  • Delivery Charge: USD 12.95

Important Notes:

  • During peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, and New Year, same-day or next-day delivery may not be possible. Delivery schedules during these times will be managed by our dispatch department.
  • Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries will occur at any time during the day if the order is placed before the cut-off time.

Provincial Delivery

Next-Day Delivery:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Philippine Time) are eligible for next-day delivery, unless a specific delivery date is requested.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered within two days.
  • Delivery Charge: USD 12.95

Important Notes:

  • Next-day delivery may not be available during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, and New Year. Deliveries will follow our regular dispatch schedule during these periods.
  • No Sunday deliveries are available for provincial areas.
  • If the delivery address is in a remote location or far from our courier’s area, the recipient may be asked to pick up the item at the nearest courier office. Advance notice will be provided.

Hospital Deliveries

  • Please confirm the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.
  • While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we ensure the delivery will occur within the scheduled day.

General Guidelines

  • Specific delivery times are not guaranteed. Deliveries will be made at any time during the day if the order is placed before the cut-off time.
  • Items like appliances, furniture, decorated cakes, and some other items may require additional delivery time and incur extra charges.

Peak Season Deliveries:

  • During peak seasons, we recommend placing your orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery. Same-day or next-day delivery is often not feasible during these busy times.

Nationwide Coverage:

  • We deliver to most locations across the Philippines, though remote areas may have limited delivery availability.
