At FlowerShopCaloocanCity, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure that your order is delivered perfectly, but we understand that issues may arise with highly perishable products. If something goes wrong or if you have any concerns, we are here to listen and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our customer service team is trained to handle all inquiries and will provide an appropriate solution immediately.
Refund Policy:

Order Cancellations (5+ days before delivery): If you cancel your order at least 5 days before the delivery date, you will receive a full refund, minus a service charge of either US$15 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is greater.

Order Cancellations (3-4 days before delivery): If you cancel your order between 3 to 4 days before the delivery date, you will receive 50% of the total amount as a refund.

Order Cancellations (less than 3 days before delivery): If you cancel your order less than 3 days before the delivery date, no refund will be issued.
Return & Replacement Policy:

If you're unsatisfied with your item for a valid reason, we can replace it if the recipient returns the item within 3 working days. However, no refund will be issued.

We will replace the item if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery about any of the following:
- Faulty items
- Items damaged during transit
Please Note: Items cannot be exchanged for any other items.
